There are other choices in LA, and the Commerce is a very poor choice for gambling. The place is so crowded that distancing yourself from other players is not possible. At one time, prior to COVID restrictions, you could earn points that could be used toward things, such as food. The food is very expensive and you can't bring food into the place.
It is very crowded and they no longer serve food at the tables.
Many perceive this non-interaction as rudeness, which is possibly very accurate. The place is all business and there is virtually no interaction between the staff and the guests. When you enter the casino there are terminals that allow you to enter the games you want to play. I have recently visited the casino, which is not far from the Bicycle Hotel and Casino.
